Abstract: The Minister of Railways, Mr. Suresh Prabhu, presented the Railway Budget 2016-17 to Parliament on February 25, 2016. In his address, he commented on the performance of Railways in 2015-16 and laid out his budget proposals for the upcoming fiscal year.
