Abstract:
This paper exposes the methodology of creating migrant’s profile before crisis and after crisis using logistic regression in R. The profile was created based on some social and demographic characteristics provided by the 2007 and 2011 Labour Force Survey, assuring the representativeness of results at national and regional level. In this sense, the logistic regression was used to model the relationship between migrants and some independent variables.
