Abstract:
In a globalization world, international migration will become a more and more dynamic process, multi-dimensional, and very difficult to forecast. The real dimension of the international migration flows in Romania is unknown, data on migration are provided by the administrative sources (end of 2011 - at the start of the study), the phenomenon being really underestimated. This paper proposed to present a statistical analysis of the persons who moved abroad in order for a period over 12 mounts. The analysis period is 2004-2011 on the base of the Labour Force Survey (LFS) carried out by National Institute of Statistics.
