THE EFFECT OF GREEN CERTIFICATES ISSUING UPON THE ENVIRONMENT, ENERGY SYSTEM AND NATIONAL ECONOMY

Abstract: The purpose of this presentation is to point out the financial effort generated by the installation and functioning of some energy capacities generating the “green” electric power. A special attention is paid to the way the green certificates market is functioning, to the supply and demand matters and to their values, as well as to the economic and social efficiency of the investments in this domain.
