Abstract:
Experimenting with Transformative Innovation Policy (TIP) is critical to find new and better ways of contributing to a Green Transition. This policy brief draws on theoretical and practical perspectives of TIP informed policy experimentation and makes six recommendations that suggest how European R&I policy making can be improved.
