Abstract: The authors' purpose is to analyze, from a historical perspective, the theme of regulation in the OECD, focusing on the Brazilian situation in relation to the Organization's recommendations and guidelines. Normative and descriptive documents produced by the OECD will be scrutinized, with emphasis on those exclusively focused on the theme of good regulatory practices.
