Abstract: At the virtual Chamber of Commerce for Greater Philadelphia Economic Outlook, Philadelphia Fed President Patrick T. Harker told the audience that the latest survey data point to an improving economy that is “moving in the right direction.” He cautioned, however, that this economic improvement is not without risks and constraints, especially when it comes to attracting and retaining the necessary talent to staff their businesses.
