Abstract:
Orange Sweet Potato (OSP) and Iron rich beans can be used in many dishes to enrich their nutritive value, add color and make them attractive to all ages. In baked products, OSP can substitute up to 40% of wheat and can be used as a nutritious thickener in soups. We are sure you will enjoy using these recipes and creatively come up with a wide range of dishes and snacks. These recipes were compiled by Laira Kyazike and Sylvia Magezi.
