S. Kuruvilla

Working Papers from Aarhus School of Business - Department of Economics

Abstract: In response to its own economic problems and the growing trend of globalization, India is attempting to make itself part of the global economy, a dramatic departure from its tradition of relative economic isolation. The purpose of this paper is to assess the effects of this integration into the emerging global economic regime on industrial relations and human resource management in India.
