Abstract:
The objective of this evaluation was to assess and document the effectiveness of the unique AERC reserach process in enhancing capacity for high quality research and its relevance to economic policy concerns of the region. This report was prepared following a very in-depth review of research process , assessment of the quality of the quality of the research output and extensive interviews with a broad range of participants within the AERC network and profesionals outside of it
