Abstract: We compute transition rates from unemployment by means of a model that permits a double perspective. First we use a nonstationnary structural job search model, in order to distinguish the agent's strategy from his environment. Secondly, we direct the study towards a skill analysis. Finally, we give the agent the ability to anticipate fututre risks of unemployment.
