Arild Aakvik

Norway; Department of Economics, University of Bergen from Department of Economics, University of Bergen

Abstract: In this paper we evaluate a Norwegian vocational rehabilitation program by comparing employment outcomes of trainees and nonparticipants using nonexperimental data. A matching estimator based on the propensity score is used to calculate the training effect for different subgroups of the sample.
