Abstract: During the past few years the landscape of Canadian physician reimbursement policy has undergone dramatic changes. Rapidly eroding fiscal environments for provincial (and federal) governments have forced provinces to "get serious" about controlling a significant, previously uncontrolled budget lines: Physicians expenditures.
