Comment reduire le chomage structurel en Europe?

Abstract:
Nous partons du modele usuel WS-PS de determination du chomage structurel, tout en connaissant ses limites. Nous montrons que les recommandations habituelles formulees a partir de ce modele pour reduire le chomage structurel sont peu applicables en Europe; nous examinons de ce fait trois autres pistes: l'impot negatif, le partage du profit, la centralisation des negociations salariales.
