Abstract: Dans cette monographie, nous evaluons un echantillon de politiques gouvernementales visant a influer sur le changement technologique. La politique publique peut viser a accelerer ou a retarder le changement technologique, en ayant recours a des stimulants ou a des mesures de desincitation qui sont soit d'application generale soit ciblees de facon etroite. La politique peut egalement viser a exercer son influence indirectement en modifiant des variables structurelles telles que la concentration d'une industrie, le niveau de l'investissement etranger, l'emplacement des entreprises et le systeme d'enseignement.
