Abstract:
Apres avoir mis en evidence les differences qui existent entre les deux grands courants de capitalisme actuels, l'auteurs suggere que le determinant principal de l'efficacite et de la productivite des organisation humaines reside dans le mode de rapports entre capital et travail, employeurs et employes, dirigeants et diriges.
