A Model of Creative Destruction with Collective Bargaining

Tapio Palokangas

University of Helsinki, Department of Economics from Department of Economics

Abstract: This paper examines the relationship of growth and collective bargaining, when research and ordinary production employ two labour inputs, the households' saving behaviour is characterized by stochastic returns that follow a Poisson process, and wages are simultaneously determined by collective bargaining in a fixed number of sectors.
