Women's Employment Agribusiness in Latin America- Free Trade or Fair?

Abstract: The aim of this paper is to examine how female labour is linked into the global supply of fresh produce, the specific problems women face as seasonal agricultural workers, and why they remain so atomized, despite being integrated into a concentrated global supply chain.
