Working Papers from Indira Gandhi Institute of Development Research-
Abstract:
Global negociaitons on environment are essentially multi-dimensional: there is no single factor which governs the concerns of all parties involved. In this paper we review some of the studies in the literature which analyse the outcomes of these negociations and estimate the costs and benefits for different parties in adopting any particular position in the process.
