Abstract: Le management en context de changement technique transforme les interactions interindividuelles dans l'entreprise. La traduction des objectifs strategiques a tous les niveaux hierarchiques est ici analyse, de maniere quatitative, a travers la situation de deux entreprises de production des biens industrielles.
