Trade Incidence on Transboundary Pollution: Free Trade Can Benefit the Global Environmental Quality

Abstract: We extend Copeland and Taylor (1995)'s analysis of the incidence of international trade on world transboundary pollution by considering that countries are endowed with two primary production factors, capital and labour.
