Abstract: Cet article fera l'objet d'un chapitre premier d'un ouvrage a paraitre intitule:Microeconomie. Les auteurs montrent en quoi le niveau d'education est un facteur de croissance des salaires. Ces derniers s'appuient theoriquement sur la theorie du capital humain et "the filter theorie"pour ensuite se livrer a une analyse quantitative.
