Abstract: Ce document presente une vue d'ensemble de l'etude que realise l'auteur. Il s'interesse aux comportements des employeurs (recrutement, promotion, gestion de carriere) face a l'acroissement d'education. Sans remettre en cause les effets de l'offre de diplomes, l'etude vise a comprendre pourquoi et comment cet effet se distribue dans les differents systemes d'embauche, d'insertion et de trajectoires professionnelles.
