Abstract: Dans le cadre du "management" international, une attention particuliere est portee, ces derniers temps, au role de la fonction ressources humaines (fonction RH) comme partenaire strategique pouvant contribuer au succes de l'entreprise sur le plan mondial. Inspire des modeles de gestion americains et europeens, cet article examine le role que doit jouer la fonction RH sur le plan international pour contribuer a la competitivite de l'entreprise.
