Abstract:
Dans l'immediat l'avenir de la fonction ressources humaine passe indubitablement par les nouveaux role encore appeles "roles strategiques". Des nouveaux role a forte valeur ajoutee repondent a un besoin essentiel pour de nombreuses organisations, celui de maintenir ou de se batir des atouts (avantages) indisponsables a la survie sur des marches de plus en plus concurrentiels.
