Abstract:
The study examines corporate culture as reflected by the vision, and value statements communicated on web pages. A qualitative comparative analysis based on sample of private sector organizations in the U.S., France and Spain disclosed interesting patterns and national variations in what coprporations project as thein dominant culture.
