Abstract: L'absenteisme au travail est un phenomene courant et qui peut couter cher aux entreprises. La presente etude a pour objet d'analyser l'effet differencie des politiques de gestion de l'absence sur l'absenteisme au travail. L'etude confirme l'hypothese a l'effet qu'une politique generale de remuneration de l'absence augmente l'absenteisme au travail.
