Abstract: Ce simulateur constitue un outil d'aide a la decision budgetaire. Il est axe sur le description detaillee de la situation financiere initiale de la Communaute francaise ainsi que sur l'evolution, a l'horizon 2010, et sa position en terme de recettes, de depenses, de soldes et d'endettement.
