Road Use and Pricing Paradigm: A Re-Statement
Andrew B.P.
Working Papers from Portsmouth University - Department of Economics
Abstract:
The relationship between road use and pricing paradigm has recently received notable reviews in Morrisson (1986), Evans (1992) and Lewis (1993). A further re-statement would appear to be unnecessary in the presence of such surveys. However the technical presentation of the economic models of pricing roads use appears to have been usurped by the limitations of the perceived application.
