Abstract:
Megers and aquisitions have become a major factor of corporate life and have been fully researched in the financial and strategic literature. However, despite the increasing interest in this topic, there is not consensus about the causes of merger failure. This paper reviews the literature on corporate culture and proposes a theoretical famework for studying interactive dynamics of culture during merger process.
