The Theory of Interregional Exchange
Bertil Ohlin
Working Papers from Stockholm - International Economic Studies
Abstract:
The present thesis is an attempt to solve the first part of a problem, that is, to present the general theory of interregional exchange. It is presented as a direct extension of the general theory of price formation, in accordance with the above views. The study of latter of the problem - that is, investigating the exchange between certain specific regions, above all, but not only, countries- has not even been carried out tentatively and, furthermore, it would require more space than has been considered appropriate in the present thesis.
