Des observateurs pretendent que certaines transformations des economies industrialisees er de leur marche du travail remettent en question l'utilite des professionnels des ressources humaines et des relations de travail. Notre analyse des donnees pertinentes disponibles nous suggere toutefois une realite plus complexe et moins sombre pour les professionnels des relations industrielles.
