Abstract:
Ce document fait etat des resultats d'une revue de litterature ayant trait aux transformations du marketing, et au dela, du rapport de service. Nous montrons que des charcheurs et des gestionnaires du marketing considerent que la vente d'un bien passe de plus en plus par la "vente" d'un lien social.
