Abstract:
La "mobilisation" des employes est une expression qui est tres utilisee dans les ecrits en management, mais qui n'a pas encore ete clairement definie. L'objet de cet article est de proposer une definition de la mobilisation en se basant sur l'opinion de 91 professionnels en ressources humaines et de situer ce terme par rapport a d'autres concepts connexes.
