Fernando Ferrari Filho ()

No 43, Working Papers from Universidade Federal do Paraná, Department of Economics

Abstract: Considering one of the Keynesian proposals about the international monetary system, more specifically the International Clearing Union, this article argues that, despite the fact that in Keynes`s analysis money is not neutral, Keynesian proposals related to the role of the international money/convertibility currency suggest us that it is “neutral”.
