Abstract: This paper deals with Russia’s agricultural performance over the last 20 years. The authors provide their view on the situation on selected agricultural and food markets. Russia’s accession to the WTO and the impact on the Russian agrifood business is analyzed in this paper. The authors also touch the issue of modification of agricultural policies in 2011.
