Abstract:
Debates on drafts of the currently designed Conception for The Long-Term Socio-Economic Development of the Russian Federation (below referred to as the Conception) engender a number of questions concerning the problem of a balanced budgetary policy. To examine budgetary implications of implementation of the Conception’s measures we employed preset in the Conception scenario-based conditions of the world oil prices and design parameters of the annual (2008–2020) growth rates of GDP and CPI under the innovation-based scenario.
