Interactionnel learning: between individual and collective proficiencies of experimentation (In French)

Abstract: The aim of this article is first to consider the supports of learning in relation to their context of emergence from the productive efficiency point of view: we define learning according to the methods of reasoning as well as the material and relational supports, we also make a distinction between individual and organizational levels. At the same time, the question of the transfer and the links between individual and organizational competences, individual and collective processes of learning arises. Here, we support the idea that only individuals learn, sustained by the machine and the colleagues. From this point of view, we define an interactionnel learning in which Learning By Using is developed. The organizational participants accumulate competences by technical confrontation with the contexts of interactions (Man-Artifact and Man-Man relations). The action relationships are simultaneously recomposed.
