Russian Energy Taxes for GTAP 5.3

Abstract: This memorandum records work done to revise energy data for Russia for release 5.3 of the GTAP Data Base, more specifcally, data for commodity taxes on energy. The main object of the work is to let us ¯t the Russian input-output (IO) table to the energy data. A secondary object is to improve the representation of energy taxes in the fitted table.
