Abstract: This article aims to study the role of the employment contract in the security of mobility in the labor market. More analysis assumes that the employment contract alter the efficiency of the labor market. In this analysis, the employment contract played a key role in security and in labor market dualism. Permanant contract, which was too stable, has the effect of delay on the temporary contracts the job insecurity. We examine the mobility on the labor market according to three criteria of security, we show that the employment contract does not play an important role in this security. Indeed, we observe a high portion of permanent employees familiar fragiles trajectories and temporary employees familiar secure trajectories. Finally, we point out other explanations for the security on labor market as the sector.
