Abstract: This paper analyses monetary driving policy by European Central Bank since the start of subprime financial crisis. ECB influences financial conditions to combat a simulated financial crisis by using conventional and unconventional monetary policies. This contribution purposes an evaluation of effectiveness and pertinence of European Central Bank strategy and action.
