Abstract: Working conditions in France are very heterogeneous. While they vary according to the socio-demographic characteristics of employees, they are also related to their professional careers. Employees who progress by changing companies without going through unemployment are those who most often consider their work to be learning and who are the most satisfied with the conditions in which it is carried out.
