Abstract: At the level of working conditions in subcontractors, we are witnessing a more constrained and fragmented time management which requires employees to adapt to a strong intensification of work. A qualitative survey based on interviews was conducted to identify contrasting cases of career paths marked by subcontracting employment. It sheds light on cases in the business services sector: cleaning or security and guarding professions.
