Abstract:
The democracy within cooperative is generally defined by the principle "one member, one vote", one of the principles inscribed in the declaration on the cooperative identity by the Cooperative International Alliance. However, measuring democracy in cooperative is a problem that is incompletely addressed. In this paper, I try to redefine democracy in the context of cooperative and to operationalize its measurement.
