Abstract:
At the time of the "poles of competitiveness" (the French equivalent of clusters), the innovation is considered as a key factor of success of the companies. But what about the strategic command and control of the innovative companies? Few management tools, really adapted to this kind of companies, whose principal production is knowledge and skills production, exist today. We propose in this article a particular strategic command and control mode for these companies: the command and control by the values. Through an intervention research, we have applied it to a study case: the integrated research centre MIRCen (CEA), pole of competence in preclinical imaging, under design. In an incident way, we have been lead to develop a modelling method of the values creation, called SCOS'D, and a new tool of strategic command and control by the values, called SCOS'C ².
