EFFICACITÉ DU SYSTÈME D'ÉVALUATION PUBLIC

Guillaume Biot-Paquerot ()

Post-Print from HAL

Abstract: The future French public reform relatively to the university's autonomy enlargement was talked a lot for few months. It should improve the university ability to manage both revenues and human resources. In this context, the Bologna higher education Declaration underlies the crucial question of performance measurement. This article emphasises the evaluation functions, through organizational architecture theory. We use a case study in order to test the different propositions of this article.
