Abstract:
This paper deals with Knowledge Maps usage in Human Resource Management context. It studies how those specific Knowledge Management Systems are used to take decisions on Knowledge Allocation. With a discourse analysis of ten Top-Managers in HR Departments of French companies this paper discusses the cognitive ambiguity of Knowledge Management Systems and how their usage could create illusions on Knowledge Allocation.
