Abstract:
Mem ber? of organizations place themselves, co?iringetitly, on varying pertinent subsysms, accmding to the management problems they are confronred. These subsystems can be called sphere of management; they correspond, on the one hand, to rhe horizons opened up to rhe agents, they fonn, on rhe other hand, the wkole irt which individuals are actually appraised and administrated. This phenornenom display the contingency of rationalities and the unyeldirzg sh fts between perceptions and behaviours of the dfferent individuals. Harmony between these spheres is one of the stakes of the management. It raises questions on consistency and transparency of the management in large fims.
