Abstract:
Although academic studies have highlighted the collective dimension of creation activities, few have focused on the creative processes or how those processes are embedded in organizations. This study highlights the paradox inherent in associating concepts of organization and creation. It draws on case studies from various creative industries (including books, fashion, gastronomy, advertising and industrial design) to propose a model of the creative process.
