Abstract:
This article aims at highlighting the role of corporate njangui, which is an informal practice of solidarity and social bond among employees in the creation of intra-organizational social capital in the Cameroon context. The exploratory study carried out through case study reveals the paradoxical role of corporate njangui both as employees' socialization spur, and the creation of intra-organizational social capital.
